"The hotel was the pits! Rusty nails were sticking out all around the pool deck. The bar going into the pool kept falling off and the kids kept falling into the pool- very mossy and moldy steps on pool deck and steps. Our room was filthy. We checked in and went upstairs- the bathroom had mold in it- the light sockets and wall outlets were loose from the walls- causing elec. hazards- Our floor was dirty- had not been vacummed. We asked about it downstairs- and they said- "OH! The room does show that it is dirty- but we gave it to you anyway." HUH! This is defintely not good. They wouldn't offer to put us in another room or anything. At 9:30 pm- after we called for some extra towels for our room- and they said" Housekeeping is closed- we are completely out of towels- we will have some tomorrow afternoon"- we got totally disgusted! The Owner- Beth and also the Manager- told us " TO GET OUT" THEY WERE TIRED OF US COMPLAING!!! We had several guests at the pool that were also very upset about the place. With 2 little kids, and at 9:30 pm- with all the other hotels booked- where were we to go- so we just suffered the night and stuck it out. NEVER GO THERE! I wouldn't even send my worst enemy there and that is being nice."
